Winter WALD BATHING – Movement and Breathing for Burnout Prevention

SO, 05.02. at 2:00 p.m.
Immerse yourself in the quiet winter forest – the forest air is full of health-promoting terpenes and strengthens the immune system. Winter is by nature the season for regeneration and reflection, we seek closeness to ourselves. Forest bathing, breathing and movement exercises ensure that we can recharge our batteries and find peace at the same time.

Spring WALD BATHING – Fresh forest herbs from the forest pharmacy

MO, 29.05. at 2:00 p.m.
It sprouts and greens, hums and sings everywhere. Fresh forest wild herbs and tree leaves detoxify the body and strengthen the immune system. Spring stands for renewal, creation and growth and we can observe this in nature. Good for body, mind and soul!

Summer WALD BATHING – Burnout prophylaxis in colours, shapes and smells

SO, 09.07. at 2:00 p.m.
Forest bathing in summer is full of light. It fills us with light, air and energy. In this intensive time we can draw from the full. We absorb this energy in the form of colours, shapes and smells. If we balance the “fire of summer”, we are not in danger of “burning out”. Relaxation, reset and gratitude accompany us.

Autumn WALD BATHING – Forest pharmacy Herbal roots, seeds and fruits

SO, 08.10. at 2:00 p.m.
In the autumn forest we discover ripe fruits and roam through rustling leaves. The forest air smells of mushrooms and damp leaves. Now it is time to dig up the healthy roots of the forest wild herbs of carnation root, nettle, dandelion and dry them for the cold season. We admire the leaves shining in beautiful colours one last time before they finally fall.

About Shinrin-Yoku

In Japan, “Shinrin-Yoku” – forest (air) bathing – is a medically recognised method for health and burn-out prevention. The phytoncides and terpenes of the forest reduce stress and stimulate the immune system and the body’s own regeneration processes. They strengthen the heart, reduce brain activity and the stress hormone cortisol and ease mental stress. So if you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest, you are doing your health good.

Back to nature! Consciously perceive the senses, quiet the mind, gather strength, feel health – this is what the Forest bathing4Resilience© – tour offers. Perception and breathing exercises, meditations, sensory experiences and land art support the mindful immersion in nature to directly experience its healing power.

Hints: Please bring weather appropriate clothing and a seat pad/ cushion.

Participation information: anyone who can move through the forest with surefootedness can participate. A certain level of stamina / fitness is not necessary, as we will often be strolling. It is advisable to leave exercise-loving children and dogs at home for this event, so that we can immerse ourselves undisturbed in nature and the forest.
