Together with wilderness educators, we go on a wild plant discovery trip into nature. We get to know the most common edible wild plants with all our senses.

Wild plants offer us more nutrients than cultivated vegetables, and incidentally they also offer their healing power. But they are also useful as working materials and in first aid cases when hiking.

Let us sharpen our senses and pay attention to the diverse green world and ask ourselves:

“What is growing right in front of my feet?”
“What plant am I drawn to?
“How will I recognise it in the abundance of nature?”
“What can I use the plant for?”

This afternoon is not about letting a multitude of plants glide through our hands, but the focus is on exploring and sensually experiencing a few selected wild plants together, so that these plants can be safely recognised and found elsewhere.

Please bring along:

  • Something to drink for your own use
  • Small bags/ baskets/ boxes for collecting and storage
